FO Friday 30

Happy Friday! I've been feverishly working on my monster, but was unable to finish since I had to still do both legs, arms and assembly. On Thursday afternoon, I decided to finish the dishcloth that I started a few weeks ago and have been ignoring. This is the second one I've made from the pattern and I love it for multicolor yarn. It's an easy pattern and once you do a couple of repeats, it's easy to remember and just knit from memory, another plus.

I'm going to keep this pretty short, because my hockey team is tied 2-2 right now in the 3rd period and I'm a nervous wreck...so I will just say GO KINGS GO!

Have a great weekend!

Materials Used:

Knit Picks size US 8 needles
Lily Sugar'n Cream
Tapestry needle

The dishcloth is an actual square, it's just on a curve so looks a little wonky. :)

  10. Halfpint, thanks! Unfortunately, they lost in OT. :(

Vivianne, thank you! I loved this yarn and the store and just had to have it.

WonderWhyGal, thanks. Same here. The plain just seem kinda boring, but I will say that some patterns you just need the plain so it works with the look of it.

    Karen, thanks!

autumngeisha, thanks! I'm cooking with gas on the monster now! :)

Paula, thanks! Happy weekend to you, too!

Nikki, you know, despite the loss in OT, I am SOOO happy and proud of this team. They played an amazing road game (minus the first part of the 1st period). I couldn't be happier (except for the loss).

    Unforth, thanks!

    Charlotte, thank you!
